Bio: Anthony E. Gallo is a playwright whose copyrighted works include Margherita, Eugenio, and Death at the Eastern Market. His plays in progress include Solomon, Johnny, Trial on the Tiber and Cabala. Screenplays in progress include Did Jesus Come to Iowa, Calabria, and Virgin Birth. Mr. Gallo defines himself as a Judeo-Christian playwright.
In addition, Mr. Gallo is a librettist and lyricist, currently collaborating on two operas: Eugenio and Margherita. He is also Publisher of Browns Court Publishing Company.
He is a member of the Dramatists Guild in New York, the Playwrights Forum in Washington, the American Composers Forum, and the American Music Center. He has studied at the Writers Center in Bethesda, Maryland and under the tutelage of Ernest Joselovitz and Allison Pruitt at the Playwrights Forum
